ARTICLE 2 AIRPORT FIREFIGHTERS

25-6-11. Penalty for violations of chapter.

Any member of the governing body of a jurisdiction or any other person who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may be prosecuted by the Attorney General.
