ARTICLE 6 MEAT, POULTRY, AND DAIRY PROCESSING PLANTS

26-2-202. Promulgation of rules and regulations.

  1. The Commissioner is authorized to adopt rules and regulations to carry out this article.
  2. The Commissioner shall adopt sanitary standards and specifications that are not less than those recognized and approved by the United States Department of Agriculture or the United States Department of Health and Human Services for like products and premises.
