ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

26-5-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Drug Abuse Treatment and Education Act."

The 2017 amendment, effective May 4, 2017, substituted "article" for "chapter" in this Code section.
