TITLE 31 HEALTH

Section 15. Care and Treatment of Cancer Patients, 31-15-1 through 31-15-6.

ARTICLE 7 EMERGENCY CARDIAC CARE CENTERS

31-15-6. Right to benefits under other programs.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to exclude patients with cancer from the benefits of any program of state or federal aid for which they might otherwise qualify.
