Call Now: 904-383-7448The Department of Public Health shall establish a program for the prevention, control, and treatment of kidney disease which shall include the care of patients suffering from chronic kidney failure who require lifesaving therapy but are unable to pay for such services on a continuing basis.

The 2011 amendment, effective July 1, 2011, substituted "Department of Public Health" for "Department of Community Health" at the beginning of this Code section.
