ARTICLE 4 MUNICIPAL STREET SYSTEMS

32-4-116. Payment by bidder to cover costs.

A municipality may require each bidder to pay a reasonable sum sufficient to cover the cost to the municipality, where applicable, of the bid proposal form, the contract, and its specifications.
