ARTICLE 3 COUNTY ROAD SYSTEMS

32-4-66. Payment by bidder to cover costs.

A county may require each bidder to pay a reasonable sum sufficient to cover the cost to the county, where applicable, of the bid proposal form, the contract, and its specifications.
