Section 5. Funds for Public Roads, 32-5-1 through 32-5-31.

ARTICLE 2 STATE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FUND

32-5-23. Limitations on expenditures from fund.

Notwithstanding Code Section 32-5-22 and except as expressly authorized elsewhere in this title, no funds from the State Public Transportation Fund shall be expended for the construction or maintenance of:

  1. Private driveways, roads, or bridges; or
  2. Public roads that have since been abandoned.
