Annotations

Editor’s notes. - This Code section was originally enacted by the General Assembly as Code 1933, § 56-1018; how-

ever, Ga. L. 1960, p. 289, § 1, had already designated a section as § 56-1018 (see § 33-11-24). Hence, this section was unofficially redesignated as Code 1933, § 56-1037.
