ARTICLE 2 PREFERRED PROVIDER ARRANGEMENTS

33-35-19. Venue of actions against sponsors.

The venue provisions applicable to insurers under Chapter 4 of this title shall apply to sponsors as defined in paragraph (6) of Code Section 33-35-2.
