ARTICLE 2 GEORGIA STATE PATROL

35-2-34. Composition of headquarters staff.

The headquarters staff shall be composed of the commissioner, deputy commissioner, and such other commissioned and noncommissioned officers, troopers, and clerical personnel as the commissioner deems necessary for use at headquarters.

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Commissioner may create other commissioned officer positions for headquarters staff in addition to positions specifically required by this section as the commissioner deems necessary. 1977 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 77-49 (see O.C.G.A. § 35-2-34).
