Section 7. County Surveyor, 36-7-1 through 36-7-16.

ARTICLE 2 COUNTY GOVERNING AUTHORITIES

36-7-7. Place of office.

The county surveyor may keep his office at his place of abode, if within the limits of the county. The county shall not be required to furnish the county surveyor with an office or facilities.
