TITLE 4 ANIMALS

Section 1. General Provisions, 4-1-1 through 4-1-7.

4-1-1. Definitions.

As used in this title, the term:

  1. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture of the State of Georgia.
  2. "Department" means the Department of Agriculture of the State of Georgia.
