Call Now: 904-383-7448The Commissioner or any person, corporation, firm, or association, in addition to the remedies set forth in this chapter, may obtain from a court of competent jurisdiction an injunction to restrain continued violations of this chapter. The granting of an injunction is authorized, notwithstanding the fact that such violation also constitutes a misdemeanor and notwithstanding the availability of adequate remedies at law.
