ARTICLE 13 SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR CERTAIN VEHICLES

40-6-293. Clinging to vehicles.

No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
