All peace officers shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall not thereby be guilty of a criminal act but shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than $25.00.

Emblem to be displayed on certain slow-moving vehicles or equipment operating on public roads. Alteration of odometer; involvement with devices which cause odometer to register other than actual mileage; penalties. Alteration of suspension system; operation of vehicle with broken springs.
