Call Now: 904-383-7448The clerk of the superior court from the county in which the trial specified in Code Section 42-5-3 was conducted shall submit a statement of the charges, certified by the judge of the superior court or the judge of the city court, to the department, which shall pay the charges out of the appropriations provided therefor in accordance with schedules authorized by law.
