ARTICLE 2 INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS

42-6-21. Meaning of phrase "appropriate court."

The phrase "appropriate court," as used in the Agreement on Detainers with reference to the courts of this state, means the superior courts of this state.
