JUDICIAL DECISIONS

Constitutionality.

- Because nothing in the statute specifically exempts public school driver education teachers, both private and public school driving instructors are operating under same standards and restrictions and there is no denial of equal protection to private instructors. Milner v. Burson, 320 F. Supp. 706 (N.D. Ga. 1970).

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Accredited private schools offering driver education are exempt from the statute. 1974 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 74-101.
