ARTICLE 4 DENTAL ASSISTANTS

43-15-20. Reissuance of certificates, certificates of registration, and licenses; fee.

  1. The board, in its sole discretion, may reissue a certificate, a certificate of registration, or a license to any individual whose certificate, certificate of registration, or license has been revoked or may terminate any suspension imposed by it upon the affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board and upon the payment of a fee prescribed by the board.
  2. A new certificate, certificate of registration, or license to replace any certificate or license lost, destroyed, or mutilated may be issued subject to the rules of the board upon the payment of a fee prescribed by the board.

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, substituted ", a certificate of registration, or a license to any individual whose certificate, certificate of registration, or license" for "or a certificate of registration to any person whose certificate or certificate of registration" in subsection (a); and substituted ", certificate of registration, or license to replace any certificate or license" for "or certificate of registration to replace any certificate" in subsection (b).
