Call Now: 904-383-7448Contested cases under this chapter shall be administered in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act"; provided, however, that any person whose license or permit has been revoked, suspended, or otherwise sanctioned by a final order of the board or denied or not renewed pursuant to Code Section 43-20-16 may appeal to the superior court to review the decision of the board to determine its legal correctness; and provided, further, that the findings of fact rendered by the board will be accepted by the court if said findings are supported by any evidence.
