Section 24. Librarians, 43-24-1 through 43-24-7.

ARTICLE 3 ROADHOUSES AND PUBLIC DANCE HALLS

43-24-6. Application for certificate; fees; biennial renewal; duplicate certificate.

  1. All applicants for a librarian's certificate shall file an application with the division director, accompanied by a fee which shall be set by the board.
  2. Each certificate issued shall be renewable biennially.
  3. Any certified librarian requesting a duplicate certificate shall be charged a fee as shall be set by the board.
