REGULATION OF MARTIAL ARTS AND WRESTLING
43-5-10. Grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of licenses.
The board may refuse to issue a license to an applicant or may suspend or revoke the license of any licensee if he has:

Been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, the record of conviction being conclusive evidence of conviction;

Secured the license by fraud or deceit; or
-
Violated or conspired to violate this chapter or rules and regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
