Call Now: 904-383-7448The division shall classify all public water supply systems and wastewater treatment plants with due regard to the size, type, character of water or wastewater to be treated, and other physical conditions affecting such systems or treatment plants, according to the skill, knowledge, and experience that the operator in responsible charge must have to operate the facilities successfully so as to protect the public health and welfare and prevent unlawful pollution.
