L. 1973, p. 1450 are included in the annotations for this chapter. Barber training as beautician may practice barbering outside class. -

Qualified barber is not prohibited from practicing that profession while training as a beautician in a beauty school; provided, however, that the practice is not conducted during hours of study. 1945-57 Ga. Op. Att’y Gen. 479 (decided under former Code 1933, §§ 84-401, 84-410, 84411 as they read prior to revision of chapter by Ga. L. 1973, p. 1450).
