Call Now: 904-383-7448Depositories shall have such liens as are prescribed in this part and in Part 5 of Article 3 of Chapter 12 of this title and shall, as to other liens, occupy the same position as mechanics. The liens mentioned in this Code section and in Code Section 44-14-400 shall be lost by a surrender to the debtor of the property on which the lien is claimed, and they shall rank according to date with each other and with other liens not specified in this Code section and in Code Section 44-14-400.
