If the tramway so laid out shall at any time cease to be used for such purposes, the land employed for such way shall revert to the owner thereof.

Creation or alteration of conservation easements; acceptance; duration; effect on existing rights and duties; limitation of liability; encumbered property must be located within boundaries of locality holding easement. Actions affecting easements; parties; power of court to modify or terminate easement. Validity of easement. Interests covered by article; interests not invalidated by article. Construction and application of article to effect uniformity of laws. Recordation of easements; revaluation of encumbered property; appeals. Article 2
