(a) The Governor, through the Office of Planning and Budget, shall review the periodic work programs submitted by the budget units for conformity to the budget approved by the General Assembly. (b) The Governor, through the Office of Planning and Budget, shall review the requests for allotment of funds for conformity to the approved periodic work program.
