TITLE 45 PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

Section 13. Secretary of State, 45-13-1 through 45-13-85.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

45-13-1. Election.

There shall be a Secretary of State who shall be elected at the same time and in the same manner as the Governor.
