TITLE 45 PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES

Section 15. Attorney General, 45-15-1 through 45-15-70.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

45-15-1. Election.

There shall be an Attorney General of the state who shall be elected at the same time, for the same term, and in the same manner as the Governor.
