ARTICLE 2 TELEPHONE SERVICE

46-5-70. Filing of articles with clerk of court.

The applicants shall file the application, including the articles of incorporation and the order of the judge thereon, in the office of the clerk of the superior court of the county in which the principal office of the cooperative is to be located.

The 2010 amendment, effective May 12, 2010, deleted ", and shall concurrently therewith deposit with and pay to said clerk the fee provided for in Code Section 46-5-100" following "located" at the end of this Code section.
