‘‘To wreck’’ defined
As used in this article, the term ‘‘to wreck’’ means to perform any act, either singly or in conjunction with other acts, rendering a railroad company insolvent or causing a company to be seized under any judicial procedure in consequence of insolvency, either by the appointment of a permanent receiver to take possession of the same or under final process for the sale of the same.
