Call Now: 904-383-7448Every officer, agent, or employee of any railroad company who willfully neglects or refuses to make and furnish any report required by the commission, as necessary to the purposes of this title, or who willfully and unlawfully hinders, delays, or obstructs the commission in the discharge of the duties imposed upon it by this title, shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $100.00 nor more than $5,000.00 for each offense, to be recovered in an action in the name of the state.
