TITLE 47 RETIREMENT AND PENSIONS

Section 12. District Attorneys Emeritus and the District Attorneys Retirement Fund of Georgia, 47-12-1 through 47-12-101.

ARTICLE 3 MEMBERSHIP IN AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE FUND

47-12-40. Eligibility to participate in the fund.

All district attorneys of judicial circuits of this state who qualify under this chapter shall be eligible to participate in the fund.
