Section 16. Sheriffs' Retirement Fund of Georgia, 47-16-1 through 47-16-123.

ARTICLE 2 CREATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ASSETS OF THE FUND

47-16-22. Quorum for conduct of business by the board; records of meetings of the board.

  1. Three members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business by the board.
  2. The board shall keep records of all its meetings.
