TITLE 47 RETIREMENT AND PENSIONS

Section 18. Social Security Coverage for Employees of the State and Political Subdivisions of the State, 47-18-1 through 47-18-80.

ARTICLE 4 CONTRIBUTION FUND

47-18-60. Contribution fund into which contributions, interest, and penalties shall be deposited; control of fund; payment of amounts required under the Social Security Act.
