Call Now: 904-383-7448The Governor may rent out property purchased pursuant to Code Section 50-16-64 or sell the same at public outcry to the highest bidder, upon such terms as he may deem to be in the interests of the state, and may make the necessary conveyances for the same, provided that such sale shall be advertised in the same manner and for the same time as sheriff's sales.
