Annotations

Editor’s notes. Ga. L. 1993, p. 1736, § 3, provided: “This Act shall become effective only when funds are specifically appropriated for

purposes of this Act in an appropriations Act making specific reference to this Act.” Such funds were appropriated at the 1994 session, effective February 8, 1994. Ga. L. 1993, p. 1736, § 1, reserved the designation of this Code section, effective February 8, 1994.
