Section 9. Georgia Building Authority, 50-9-1 through 50-9-111.

ARTICLE 2 REVENUE BONDS

50-9-34. Manner and price of sale.

The authority may sell the bonds in such manner and for such price as it may determine to be for the best interests of the authority.
