Call Now: 904-383-7448Any person may affix a capacity plate to any watercraft to which this article applies and which does not have a capacity plate meeting the requirements of law affixed thereto by the manufacturer thereof in accordance with such rules and regulations as the Board of Natural Resources may prescribe. Such watercraft may thereafter be offered for sale in this state. However, no action pursuant to this Code section, or in the manner described herein, shall relieve any manufacturer from liability for failure to comply with the requirements of this article.
