ARTICLE 9 CRIMINAL AND RELATED PROVISIONS

7-1-846. Punishment for misdemeanor violations.

Upon conviction of a misdemeanor as prescribed by the several provisions of this chapter, the offender shall be punished as prescribed by Code Section 17-10-3, as now or hereafter amended.
