Call Now: 904-383-7448The decision of the Commissioner in granting or refusing to grant a license and in revoking or suspending such license and in any other order or decision authorized in this chapter shall be final, conclusive, and binding as to all determinations of fact made by him; but any applicant or licensee who deems himself aggrieved may have such decision reviewed under Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act," for the review of contested cases.
