As used in this part, the term:

(1) “City” means any city in this state.

(2) “Federal government” means the United States government and any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof.

(3) “Persons” means an individual and those members of his family living with him.

Amendments. The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted a

period for a semicolon at the end of paragraph (1) and substituted a period for “; and” at the end of paragraph (2).
