ARTICLE IX. COUNTIES AND MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS

Paragraph VI. Regulation by general law.

The General Assembly by general law may regulate, restrict, and limit the creation of community improvement districts and the exercise of the powers of administrative bodies of community improvement districts.
