CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA

ARTICLE VI. JUDICIAL BRANCH

Paragraph I. Composition of Court of Appeals; Chief Judge.

The Court of Appeals shall consist of not less than nine Judges who shall elect from among themselves a Chief Judge.
