Attorneys appearing for oral argument should report at the times noted on the oral argument calendar and notify the Clerk of their presence upon arrival at the courtroom. Argument is waived unless the attorney is ready to argue in the sequence presented on the calendar. Counsel who are not arguing do not need to check in at the Clerk’s desk.
