Rule 142. WAIVER OF NOTICE AND HEARING.

When all interested persons entitled to receive the no-fault benefits join in the petition for appointment of a legal representative, the court may waive further notice and hearing and grant the petition on an ex parte basis. This rule eliminated unnecessary hearings.
