Rule 2. INTENT AND APPLICATION OF RULES. The purpose of probate, trust, conservatorship, and guardianship mediation is to provide parties with an alternative to litigation in probate, trust, conservatorship, and guardianship matters. (Amended April 28, 2006, effective July 1, 2006.)
