Rule 6. ATTENDANCE AT THE MEDIATION. If a party is represented by counsel, counsel with the most direct relationship to the party for the purpose of settlement shall participate in the mediation. The mediator may request that parties or third persons attend the mediation. If the mediator believes the presence of parties or third persons is critical to the resolution of a case, the mediator may require them to attend the mediation. (Release: 12/14) HPR--91
