Sec. 22.
Practice by corporations.
No license shall be issued by the
Department to any
corporation (i) that has a stated purpose that
includes podiatry, or (ii) that practices or holds itself out as available to
practice podiatry
unless it is organized under the Professional Service
Corporation Act.
